  • Protect credentials, keys, and service accounts; rotate and scope access appropriately.

3. Resource Consumption and Abuse

  • No traffic flooding, abusive concurrency, or resource exhaustion attacks.
  • Operate within agreed throughput and concurrency limits; coordinate quota increases with IngestScale if needed.

4. Data Protection and Privacy

  • Follow applicable data protection laws and internal governance requirements (e.g., DPIA where required).
  • Use approved storage and network paths; avoid unauthorized data egress or ingestion outside your trust boundary.
  • Honor opt-outs, subject rights requests, and retention requirements applicable to your use case.

5. Reporting Abuse

To report suspected abuse, vulnerabilities, or policy violations, please contact us. Provide sufficient detail for us to investigate (timestamps, request IDs, sample artifacts).

6. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violations of this AUP, and we may cooperate with law enforcement where required. We strive to provide notice and an opportunity to remediate where reasonable.

7. Changes to this AUP

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
